The Client
Profitable Impact Academy is a coaching service that teaches entrepreneurs how to scale up their impact and earnings.
The Challenge
The client required a mid-funnel offer email that encouraged members of their email list to register for an upcoming bootcamp. The purpose of this bootcamp was to teach entrepreneurs how to leverage their own unique story to raise funds and get clients through pubic speaking engagements. The target audience was small businesses who are trying to figure out how to scale up their profits and impacts.
My Strategy
Since this was an offer email to an audience of email subscribers who have already received nurture emails, I was addressing warm leads. My approach was to remind them of all the pain points they face as entrepreneurs who are struggling to grow their businesses and how registering for this service could solve those problems.
I started out with an easy-to-skim list of what the ideal outcome could look like for entrepreneurs who achieve success, followed with an early call to action for those who are already primed to register for the offer.
To address those people who may still be on the fence, I then went into pain points that first-time entrepreneurs are likely to have when it comes to scaling their business. I listed what they will learn by registering for this bootcamp in a way that addresses those pain points.
I added some urgency to encourage people to register as soon as possible with a warning that the price will soon go up.
